The Estate of Saint Rossore (4800 hectares) is the center of the Natural Park. They were the Doctors to assign the area to game preserve and increment of the race horses becoming then with the Savoia, summery residence of reigning and in the 1957 residence of the President of the Republic From 1998 has become property of the Tuscany Region.

The Park (23,000 hectares), is characterized from a remarkable natural atmosphere variety and the water is the true key of reading of the territory. Blades, ponds, ditches, swamps, channels alternating itself to forests with one extraordinary wealth and diversity of species animals and vegetables.
